چکیده
Abstract Persistent luminescence (PerL) phosphors have been widely applied in many advanced applications the field of emergency lighting, safety signage, and ornaments. Recently, PerL based on germanates attracted great attention owing to their excellent performance. However, design development germanates-based materials with full spectral emissions remain challenging due lack color-tunable PerL, especially blue green regions (400–600 nm). Herein, we develop a new type Tb 3+ -activated LiYGeO 4 phosphor real-time adjusting photoluminescence (PL) color, which can be effectively excited by 254 UV light. Both are realized simultaneously single phosphor. When :Tb doped lower concentrations ions, emit PL PerL. With increasing concentration, colors gradually regulated from green. Besides, exhibits temperature-dependent property, whose also successively tuned various temperature. This stable tunable color property promote as-designed potential anti-counterfeiting display devices.

YVO4:Eu ,Bi phosphors have been prepared by the high-temperature solid-state (HT) method and the Pechini-type sol–gel (SG) method. Spherical SiO2 particles have been further coated with YVO4:Eu ,Bi phosphor layers by the Pechini-type SG process, and it leads to the formation of core–shell structured SiO2/YVO4:Eu ,Bi phosphors. Therefore, the phase formations, structures, morphologies, and photo...
متن کاملLaAlO3:Mn4+ as Near-Infrared Emitting Persistent Luminescence Phosphor for Medical Imaging: A Charge Compensation Study
Mn4+-activated phosphors are emerging as a novel class of deep red/near-infrared emitting persistent luminescence materials for medical imaging as a promising alternative to Cr3+-doped nanomaterials. Currently, it remains a challenge to improve the afterglow and photoluminescence properties of these phosphors through a traditional high-temperature solid-state reaction method in air. Herein we p...
متن کاملTunable color of Ce3+/Tb3+/Mn(2+)-coactivated CaScAlSiO6 via energy transfer: a single-component red/white-emitting phosphor.
A series of single-component red/white-emitting CaScAlSiO6:Ce(3+),Tb(3+),Mn(2+) phosphors have been synthesized by a solid-state reaction. It is observed that CaScAlSiO6:Ce(3+),Tb(3+) phosphors exhibit two dominating bands situated at 380 and 542 nm, originating from the allowed 5d → 4f transition of the Ce(3+) ion and the (5)D4 → (7)F(J) = (J = 6, 5, 4, 3) transition of the Tb(3+) ion, respect...

Rare-earth phosphors are commonly used in display panels, security printing, and fluorescent lamps, and have potential applications in lasers and bioimaging. In the present study, Eu3+- and Dy3+-codoped uniform-shaped Y2O3 submicron particles were prepared using the urea homogeneous precipitation method. The structure and morphology of the resulting particles were characterized by X-ray diffrac...
متن کاملStructure and Photoluminescence Properties of Sm3+ Ion-Doped YInGe2O7 Phosphor
A new phosphor, Sm3+ ion-doped YInGe₂O₇, was synthesized using a planetary ball mill solid state reaction. The XRD patterns show that all of the peaks can be attributed to the monoclinic YInGe₂O7 crystal structure when the Sm3+ ion concentration is increased up to 20 mol %. Under an excitation wavelength of 404 nm, the Sm3+ intra-4f transition appears in the emission spectrum including two stro...
